Getting Started
How do I join the server?

Search for "IGNIS" in the ARK: Survival Ascended server browser. Make sure the option Show player servers in the bottom-right corner is enabled. Show password protected servers must also be disabled.

What mods are installed?

IGNIS uses a carefully curated selection of quality-of-life mods that enhance gameplay without changing the vanilla PvE balance. You can view the full mod list on the Mods page.

What are the rates & settings?

We’ve fine-tuned our XP, taming, harvesting, and breeding rates to balance challenge and fun. The full list of rates and .INI settings can be found on the Rates & Settings page.

How do I get my starter pack?

To claim your one-time starter pack, make sure you're logged in to the IGNIS website and that your in-game character is properly connected. Once that’s done, visit the Shop and the starter pack will be available for you to claim.

Technical Help
Server not showing in the browser?

First, make sure Show player servers is enabled and Show password protected servers is disabled in your ARK browser filters. Check the IGNIS server status on the server slider of the website or in the Discord channel #server-status. If the server is online and still not showing up, the issue is often related to Epic Games’ backend services. You can check their current status at status.epicgames.com.

How do I connect my character to use the shop and vote?

Login to the IGNIS website using one of the services. Then go to your account settings to link your account with your in-game character. In-game, type !getconnectcode twice and paste the generated code on the site. A full step-by-step guide is available here.

How does decay work?

Decay time is set to 15 days by default for all structure types. You can check your structure's decay timer by using the /decay command. Decay is synced across all maps and the timer will refresh automatically when logging off.

Want to increase your timer? You can increase your decay timer by purchasing a subscriber package.

Are there wild dino wipes?

Yes! We perform an automatic wild dino wipe daily during the scheduled server restart at 3 AM GMT. This helps refresh spawns and improve performance. You will be informed in advance about any server restarts in-game.

Is my progress save or are there server wipes?

Your progress is completely safe — there are no server wipes on IGNIS. Everything you build, tame, or earn will remain intact for as long as the server is running. We’re committed to long-term, persistent gameplay so you can invest your time without fear of losing progress.

What are tokens?

Tokens can be spent in the shop on the website to purchase resources, gear, dino wipes and more. They’re a great way to enhance your gameplay without breaking balance!

How can I earn tokens?

Tokens are the currency on IGNIS and can be earned in several ways:

  • Daily voting up to 3 times
  • Reaching level 105 and continuing to level - every 5 levels grants bonus tokens
  • Reporting bugs or exploits to the staff team
  • Boosting the Discord server — then requesting tokens in the #rewards-hub
  • Supporting the server by buying tokens
How do I use the shop?

To use the shop you need to be signed into the IGNIS website and have your in-game account connected. Then go to the shop located in the menu at the top. From there you can browse and purchase items using your tokens. Items are delivered in-game automatically once purchased.

How do I check my token balance?

You can view your token balance by logging into the website and going to the token menu entry. Alternatively, use the in-game commands /balance or /wallet to see your current balance instantly.

How can I support the server?

You can support the IGNIS server by voting, purchasing tokens, subscribing to a supporter tier, or boosting our Discord server. Every contribution helps cover server costs, fund improvements, and bring in exciting new features. Your support keeps the community thriving — and you’ll unlock some great perks along the way!

How can I vote and what does voting do?

You can vote for IGNIS through the in-game F2 menu for PC players, the website, or by using !vote in Discord. After voting, claim your rewards using /claim in-game or !claim on Discord. For a full guide check this guide.

How can I report an issue?

If you run into problems or need assistance, head to the Support page. You can also post in our Discord #help channel. In-game, PC users can press F1 to quickly access support options. Console players need to access the radial menu in-game.

I lost items due to a bug. Will I be refunded?

We do not normally refund lost items unless the loss was caused by server-side errors or staff mistakes. Always report critical bugs so we can fix them quickly! If you think you are eligible for an item refund please raise a support request
